Objective To understand the current situation of related researches on sexual health of breast cancer patients in the world and analyze its development trend and hot spots.
Methods According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, the related literatures on sexual health of breast cancer patients from establishment to July 31, 2021 in the PubMed database were screened. Bibliometric analysis was performed on the publication year, national distribution, journal distribution and subject word distribution of the literatures, and cluster analysis was performed on the subject words.
Results A total of 476 literatures were included, and the number of literatures showed an overall increasing trend. According to the cluster analysis of high-frequency subject words, four research hot spots were obtained, including drug use, sexual dysfunction and patient's education; surgical method, sex and body image; sexual behavior and sexual health; sexual partners and psychological adaptation.
Conclusion The research on sexual health of breast cancer patients is in a stage of steady and rapid development, and this study can provide reference for the research of breast cancer patients in the field of sexual health in China.
