Abstract
A case with confirmed anti-neutrophilic cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) associated vasculitis was selected as the research object, and the paper provided the clinical manifestations during the course of the disease, diagnosis and treatment ideas and corresponding examination results. After the patient was diagnosed, the treatment plan was adjusted and finally the patient was discharged from hospital. The manifestations of ANCA-associated vasculitis are diverse and we should pay attention to these manifestations in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
