Abstract
Chronic heart failure is the terminal stage of cardiovascular disease, and the prevalence of malnutrition is high during this period, which seriously affects the prognosis. The nutritional risk screening of patients with chronic heart failure should be carried out as early as possible so as to preliminarily judge nutritional status of the patients, which is of great significance for nutrition assessment, nutrition intervention and improvement of prognosis. This article reviewed 7 commonly used nutritional screening tools for chronic heart failure and their advantages and disadvantages were compared in order to provide references for clinical medical staff to choose suitable nutritional screening tools.
