Abstract
Objective To explore clinical effect of rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in stroke patients with dysphagia and its application value. Methods A total of 72 stroke patients with dysphagia who were treated in our hospital were selected as study objects, and were randomly divided into study group and control group, given rehabilitation nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and routine nursing, respectively. The nursing effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The nursing efficacy, quality of life score and swallowing ability score in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); the incidence of complications such as aspiration pneumonia, asphyxia, malnutrition, water electrolyte disorder in the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05); there were no significant differences in the functional rating of drinking water test and the times of repeated saliva swallowing test between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05). After nursing intervention, the function rating of drinking water test in the study group was significantly lower, and the number of repeated saliva swallowing test was significantly more than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine for stroke patients can reduce the incidence of related complications, improve the quality of life, and enhance their swallowing function.
