Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasonography in the evaluation of endometrial thickness and ovarian hemodynamics of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods A total of 140 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were included in obser vation group, and 80 healthy women with normal menstruation were selected as control group. Both groups underwent color Doppler ultrasonography. The endometrial thickness, blood flow resistance index(RI), peak systolic velocity(PSV)of blood flow in two groups were observed. Results The obser vation group had thicker endometrial thickness, and lower RI of ovarian blood flow than the control group, and PSV was higher than that of the control group, which showed significant differences(P<0.05). The longer the menopause time in the obser vation group lasted, the thicker the endometrial thickness was, the lower RI of blood flow was, and the higher the PSV would be, there were significant differences(P<0.05). The patients with successful ovulation promotion treatment had thicker endometrial thickness, and lower RI as well as PSV than those who failed, and significant differences were found in these patients(P<0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography has a higher value, it can monitor the endometrial thickness and ovarian hemodynamics, and provides a reliable basis for treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
