Objective To analyze the role of early rehabilitation care in reducing their disability rate of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.
Methods A total of 96 patients with acute cerebral thrombosis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group (n=48) and reference group (n=48). The reference group was given routine nursing intervention and treatment. The observation group was given early rehabilitation nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy, the Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) score before and after nursing and the Barthel index were compared.
Results The total improvement rate of neurological deficit in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group(P < 0.05). After nursing intervention, the FMA score and Barthel index of two groups were higher than those before nursing, and were higher in the observation group than that of the reference group(P < 0.05).
Conclusion Early rehabilitation care can improve neurological deficits, motor function and life ability, and can effectively reduce the disability rate of patients with acute cerebral thrombosis.
