Effect of three-dimensional quality control nursing measures on nursing quality and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma patients treated by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization

  •   Objective  To analyze the effect of three-dimensional quality control nursing measures on the nursing quality and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma patients treated by transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE).
Methods  A total of 80 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by TACE in our hospital were selected for the study, and were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the research group was given three-dimensional quality control nursing. The clinical nursing effect was observed and compared after three months of nursing.
Results  The nursing satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (97.50% vs. 75.00%, P < 0.05). Compared with the control group, the quality of life scores (sleep quality, psychological status, social function, cognitive function and physical function) of the study group were significantly improved (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group (7.50% vs. 27.50%, P < 0.05).
Conclusion  Three-dimensional quality control nursing measures for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma treated by TACE can reduce adverse reactions, significantly improve the quality of nursing and patients′ quality of life, and significantly enhance the prognosis of patients.
