Effect of precise nursing on neurological function and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction

  •   Objective  To explore the effect of precise nursing on neurological function and prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
Methods  Totally 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January to December 2017 were selected as the control group, and were treated with routine nursing. Another 50 patients with acute cerebral infarction from January to December 2018 were selected as the observation group, and were treated with the patients′need-oriented precise nursing. The changes of disease recognition, neurological function and living ability were compared between the two groups.
Results  The observation group was significantly better than the control group in disease awareness rate, health knowledge mastery and early rehabilitation training cognition (P < 0.05). After 3 months of intervention, the NHISS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the ADL score was higher than that of the control group, the prognosis was better than that of the control group, with there were significant differences (P < 0.05).
Conclusion  Precise nursing can meet the nursing needs of patients with acute cerebral infarction, improve the recognition of rehabilitation training, and promote the recovery of nervous function and living ability.
