Effect of evidence-based nursing in early functional exercise after breast cancer operation

  • Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the early functional exercise after breast cancer operation. Methods A total of 67 patients with breast cancer treated in our hospital after surgery randomized into control group (33 cases) and observation group (34 cases),control group received routine nursing, and the observation group implemented evidence-based nursing, nursing effect of the two groups were observed. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate, lower complication rate and higher satisfaction than that of the control group (P < 0.05);There was no significant difference in quality of life scores before nursing but it was significantly higher in the observation group than that of the control group after 1 year(P < 0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing in the early postoperative functional exercise of breast cancer has outstanding efficacy, and it is worth popularizing.
