The cause of nasal feeding complications in patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage and efficacy of cluster nursing intervention

  • Objective To analyze of cause of nasal feeding complications in patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage and efficacy of cluster nursing intervention.Methods A total of 60 spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage patients with aspiration during nasal feeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group,clinical nursing effect were compared.Results The causes of nasal feeding complications of patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage were gastrointestinal dysfunction in 48 cases (80%),improper position in 12 (20%) cases.Nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.3%,and was 80% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);Gastrointestinal motility and gastrointestinal hormone level of two groups showed a significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion Cluster nursing intervention can significantly improve the clinical nursing effect and nursing satisfaction,is conductive to harmonious relationship between nurses and patients,so it is worth popularizing.
