Effect of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on cardiac function and prognosis of 65 elderly patients with myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia

  • Objective To analyze the influence of early rehabilitation nursing intervention on cardiac function and recent prognosis of patients with myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia. Methods A total of 65 elderly acute myocardial infarction patients complicated with arrhythmia were randomly divided into control group (n =32) and observation group (n =33).The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation, while the observation group was treated by early rehabilitation nursing intervention. Before treatment and 4 weeks,3 months and 6 months after treatment, the systolic blood pressure,Killip score, heart rate, left ventricular systolic function, and stroke volume were compared between two groups, and myocardial infarction and mortality rate were compared as well. Results There were no significant differences in left ventricular ejection fraction,Killip classification, heart rate, left ventricular pressure rise between the two groups (P > 0.05).With the pass of time, left ventricular ejection fraction,Killip grading, heart rate, left ventricular pressure rise, the maximum rate of each volume significantly improved in both groups, and left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular pressure rise, the maximum rate of each the amount in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,Killip score, heart rate was less than the control group (P < 0.05).In the observation group, after 4 weeks,3 months,6 months of treatment, the completion rate of treadmill walking test completion rate were significantly higher than the control group, the arrhythmia rate, impatient reinfarction rate and mortality were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the cardiac function of elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia, improve the prognosis of patients.
