Influence of ritodrine hydrochloride for the serum Th1/Th2 cytokine and secretion fFN, IGFBP-1, MMP in patients with premature labor

Objective To study the influence of ritodrine hydrochloride on the serum Th1/ Th2 cytokine and secretion fFN,IGFBP-1,MMP of patients with premature labor.Methods A total of 68 patients with premature labor in our hospital from February 2013 to April 2015 were selected as the research objects,and were randomly divided into control group (n =34) and observation group with (n =34),then the serum Th1/Th2 cytokines and secretion fFN,IGFBP-1,MMP of two groups were compared.Results The serum Th1/Th2 cytokines and secretion fFN,IGFBP-1,MMP of observation group had no significant differences(P ＞ 0.05),while the levels of above indicators in the observation group at different time after the treatment were better than that of control group,and the differences were significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The ritodrine hydrochloride can actively improve the expression of serum Thl/Th2 cytokine and secretion fFN,IGFBP-1,MMP of patients with premature labor,so it's of great value for the pregnant women.
