The influence of quality control circles in reinforcement of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative rehabilitation hemorrhoids

ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of influence of quality control circles in reinforcement of comprehensive nursing intervention on medical complication of hemorrhoid oper-ation.Methods 100 patients after hemorrhoid operation were randomly divided into control group (n=49)and intervention group(n=51).Patients in the control group were given routine preopera-tive and postoperative nursing while patients in the intervention group received extra comprehensive nursing intervention.Results A significant difference was found in incidence rate of pain between the intervention group and the control group.Meanwhile,the differences between the two groups in the patency rate of urine and dietary adherence were significant.Conclusion Quality control circles in reinforcement of comprehensive nursing intervention can raise the pain tolerance of patients after hemorrhoid operation and decrease the retention of urine,so it can improve the effect of the surgical treatment and show the its importance under the transformation of nursing model in the new cir-cumstances.
