The application of predictive nursing of the gastric cancer in perioperation

ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in patients with gastric cancer.Methods 87 hospitalized patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into intervention group(43 cases)and observation group(44 cases).The observation group received routine nursing while the intervention group received predictive nursing.Postoperative complica-tions,satisfaction and effect of patients in the two groups were compared.Results The complica-tions in the intervention group reduced and the satisfaction raised,the results revealed that the dif-ference was statistically significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can ef-fectively reduce complications,promote the overall quality of nursing and improve satisfaction of patients.
