Nursing cooperation of laparoscopy combined with gastroscopy in early gastric cancer operation

Objective To review the experience of operation cooperation and nursing of la-paroscopy combined with endoscopy for early gastric cancer resection.Method Good preoperative interview,psychological nursing,laparoscopic and endoscopic preparation of special equipment, reasonable bodyposition and well prepared equipment,the operation process mastered,strictly ster-ilization and tumor free technique,closely postoperative operation for 36 early gastric cancer pa-tients were carried out before and during the operation .Results The operations of 36 patients were successfully completed.Conclusion The sufficient preparation before operation,good opera-tion and nursing are the key to the success of operation with laparoscopy and gastroscopy,minimal-ly invasive operation is safe and effective with satisfactory effect in a short-term.
