Influence of evidence-based nursing on treatment compliance and life quality of senile patients with peptic ulcer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing in senile peptic ulcer patients.Methods 60 senile peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and the patients in both groups were given the same treat-ment method,the control group received routine nursing while the observation group was given ev-idence-based nursing based on the control group.Health knowledge,treatment compliance,self nursing ability and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results Health knowledge score,treatment compliance,self nursing ability score and life quality in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,the results revealed that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The difference was statistical significant since life quality score in physical function,social function and mental function in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is more targeted,it can improve the treatment compliance of senile peptic ulcer patients and improve the life quality.
