Research of application effect of nursing program in the treatment of chronic gastritis patients

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing program in improving the therapeutic effect in chronic gastritis patients.Methods 80 chronic gastritis patients were ran-domly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given ran-dom health education while the observation group was given health education.Health knowledge, treatment and life quality were compared between two groups.Results Awareness of health knowledge,treatment compliance,efficacy,abdominal pain remission rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,complications were less than those in the control group,the results revealed that the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).The differ-ence was statistical significant since life quality in mental state,appetite,sleep score in the observa-tion group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Health education by nursing program can improve the effect of health education and enhance the treatment effect of and life quality.
