Effect analysis of clinical nursing pathway in patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing pathway in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 100 bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group was given conventional nursing while the observation group was received clinical nursing pathway,and nursing effect was compared be-tween the two groups.Results Health knowledge score,treatment compliance and effect in the observation group were higher than that in the control group,endurance exercise before discharge was better than that in the control group,FEV1,SpO2 was higher than that in the control group, the hospitalization time was shorter than that in the control group,hospitalization costs was less than that in the control group,the results revealed that the difference was statistical significant (P<0.05).Life quality in physical function,psychological function,social function in the observa-tion group were higher than that in the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,so the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway makes nursing more scientific and normative.It can increase disease cognition of patients,improve the treatment compliance and the therapeutic effect,and shorten the hospitaliza-tion time.
