The effect of postpartum comprehensive nursing instruction on self-care level and life quality in primiparae

Objective To investigate the effect of postpartum comprehensive instruction on nursing of primiparae postpartum.Methods 80 primiparae were randomly divided into obser-vation group and control group with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given routine postpartum nursing and the observation group was given postpartum comprehensive nursing in-struction.Nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results The awareness rate of health knowledge and healthcare ability in the observation group were higher than that in the con-trol group,the hospitalization time was less than that in the control group,thus,the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Life quality in physical function,role function,social func-tion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statisti-cal significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Postpartum comprehensive nursing instruction can moti-vate the primiparae self-care ability,improve the life quality and promote early rehabilitation.
