Application effect of nursing intervention on sphincter preservation in the treatment of low rectal cancer

Objective To analyze application effect of the nursing intervention in sphincter preservation in the treatment of low rectal cancer in order to improve the level of nursing interven-tion in rectal cancer operation.Methods The material of 35 patients with sphincter preservation in the treatment of low rectal cancer was retrospectively analyzed.Operation efficacy of 35 patients and conventional nursing were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the preservation rate of anus of 35 patients were 80%.There was no complication s in the research.Sexual function and defecation function of patients after a year completely recovered without neural bladder dys-function.Compared with the conventional nursing,various abilities of patients after nursing in the research were significantly improved.Conclusion Effective nursing intervention during the op-eration is important to improve the curative effect of low rectal cancer patients with sphincter preservation.Therefore,nurses should improve the level of nursing cooperation in order to provide favorable conditions for the treatment.
