Study of the effect of early promoting resuscitation nursing on the prognosis in patients with severe craniocerebral injury

  • Objective To explore the effect of early promoting resuscitation nursing in im-proving the prognosis of patients with severe craniocerebral injury. Methods 60 patients of severe craniocerebral injury were divided into observation group and control group randomly. The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was given early promoting resusci-tation based on the control group.Prognosis was compared between the two groups. Results GCS score after nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and the prog-nosis of Karnofsky was higher than that in the control group. It revealed that the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Awareness of recovery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group and complications were less than that in the control group.Family satisfaction was higher than that in the control group. So the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Early promoting resuscitation can promote the early recovery of patients with severe craniocerebral, reduce the complications and improve the prognosis.
