Effect of emergency nursing process on curative efficiency for acute cerebral infarction patients

  • Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing process in acute cerebral infarction patients.Methods 60 acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into the observa-tion group and the control group according to different emergency nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing while the observation group was used the emergency nursing pro-cess.Emergency efficiency was compared between two groups.Results Triage assessment time and referral time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group. Health knowledge score was higher than that in the control group and the treatment effect was sig-nificantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).Nursing satisfaction in service atti-tude,psychological nursing and health education in the observation was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion Emergency nursing process can significantly improve the first aid efficiency of acute cerebral infarction and enhance the treatment effect as well as satisfaction of patients.
