  • Objective To explore the value of prospective nursing quality management in internal emergency.Methods 140 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divid-ed into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given prospective nursing quality management mode while the control group was received routine nursing.The mor-tality rate,the emergency response time and the nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The difference was statistically significant since the average emergency response time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05).The difference was statistically signifi-cant since the mortality rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05),so it revealed that the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Prospective nursing quality management mode has excellent application value in internal emergen-cy,so it is worthy of clinical application.
