扬州、无锡两地男性STD6种支原体感染研究

STUDY ON THE INFECTION OF SIX TYPES OF MYCOPLASMA IN THE MALE PATIENTS INFECTED BY STD FROM YANGZHOU AND WUXI

摘要: 目的 :我们研究了扬州和无锡两地区男性STD患者解脲脲原体 (Uu)、人型支原体 (Mh)、肺炎支原体 (Mpn)、生殖支原体 (Mg)、发酵支原体 (Mf)、穿通支原体 (Mpe)等支原体感染状况。方法 :应用nestedPCR(nPCR)和DNA全自动测序技术对扬州和无锡地区的各 5 6例男性STD者的尿道拭子进行Uu、Mh、Mpn、Mg、Mf、Mpe等 6种支原体联合检测。结果 :扬州地区男性STD者Uu、Mh、Mpn、Mg、Mf、Mpe阳性率分别为 6 9 6 %、35 7%、2 8 6 %、16 1%、3 6 %和 3 6 % ;无锡地区则为5 5 4%、32 1%、5 4%、5 4%、1 8%和 0 % ,二地区均存在多种支原体合并感染。结论 :本文认为扬州和无锡地区男性STD患者中都有较高的支原体感染率 ,特别是在国内首次从STD者的尿道拭子中通过nPCR法检测到穿通支原体

Abstract: Objective:To study the infectious status of Ureaplasma urealyticum,Mycoplasma hominis,M.pneumoniae,M.genitalium,M.fermentans and M.penetrans in the regions of YangZhou and WuXi.Methods:We determined the six grow mycoplasmas of 56 men's urethra specimen from the regions of YangZhou and WuXin by the nested PCR and technology of DNA automatism measure order. Results:The results indicated that the positive rates of Uu、Mh、Mpn、Mg、Mf、Mpe are 69 6%、35 7%、28 6%、16 1%、3 6% and 3 6% among the STD patients in the region of YangZhou respectively;and the rates are 55 4%、32 1%、5 4%、5 4%、1 8% and 0% in the regions of WuXi. There are complicated infections of mycoplasma in the both regions in different degrees.Conclusion:The average infectious rate of mycoplasmas in the male patients in YangZhou and WuXi is higher than any other regions, and especially we found M.penetrans, Mpe in the urethra specimen by nPCR, which we have not found any reports from other regions in China.
