Abstract:
Objective:Research on the clinical result of treating ischemic necrosis of femoral head.Method:From Apr.1996 to Dec.1998,8 cases of ischemic necrosis of femoral head caused by different reasons were implanted with hip-joint endoapparatus, and at the same time 6 of them received core decompression of the femur.According to Ficat classification,6 cases belonged to 2nd stage, and 1 case 1st stage. Result:The follow-up varied from 1 to 2.8 years, and, according to the evalvation criteria based on the curative effect,6 cases were excellent,2 being good. Conclusion:The hip-joint endoappartus can effectively prevent the deterioration and collapse of early and mid-stage femoral head necrosis, and hasten its restoration. It has the advantage of smaller wound, easier operation and much less damage to the remaining blood vessels and surrounding tissues of the femoral head.Besides,it minimizes the inconvenience to work and life caused by long-term bed rest ,and gratly improves the quality of life.
