Abstract: From 1993 to 1997, 12 patients of plecliatric benign strrietuter of esophagus were treated with dilatation of baloon. By treated one to four times, 11 cases were successful and 1 case was improved. Dilatation of balloon is a safe and effective methed in pediatric benign strictuer of esophagus es-pecially in congenital stricture of esophagus and cicatricial stricture of mphagus.
