Abstract: In this paper C-fos and bel- 2 cerebral cortex at rats in cerebral isxhemia, which areinterrelated with apoptosis, and the influnce of fuxie antithrombus enzyme, Nimodipine and Guizhifu lingUan on them were studied. We found that Guixhifu ling Uan had a function on both C-fos and bel- 2Genes Express, and that NimodiPine didn't have any effect on C-fos and bel - 2 Genes Express, and thatfuxie antithrombus enzyme only influnced C-fos Genes Express, and that is fuxie antithrombus enzymeonly influnced C-fos Genes Express- That is of importance in guiding clinic.
