老年股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗方法选择及分析(附138例报告)

STUDY AND SELECTION OF THE TREATMENT OF THE AGED INTERTROCHANTERIC FRACTURE

摘要: 作者就5年来138例老年股骨粗隆间骨折病人的治疗情况分析，认为老年股骨粗隆间骨折应以手术治疗为主，根据骨折类型、原有疾病的种类及程度、耐受麻醉情况等综合考虑能否手术及选择合适的手术方法，手术方法选择以DHS内固定为佳，同时做好困手术期的治疗是降低并发症减少死亡率的关键。

Abstract: The Authors have analyzed the treatment of 138 cases with the aged intertrochantericfractures over a 5 - year period. The operation is the initial choice of the treatment of the aged intertrochanteric fractures, which depends on the fracture kind, the number and seriousness of other existingdiseases. The anesthetic tolerance would decide the treatment. The treatment during the peri-operationcould ensure the success of the operation.
