股骨干合并同侧髌骨骨折创伤机制及诊治探讨

STUDY OF INJURY MECHANISM AND DIAGNOSIS WITH TREATMENT IN FEMORAL SHAFT FRACTURES ASSOCIATED WITH IPSILATERAL PATELLA FRACTURES

摘要: 作者分析了股骨干骨折台并同侧髌骨骨折17例。骨折好发于高速、高能量损伤者，尤以摩托车为多。作者对如何防止髌骨骨折的漏诊及本病的治疗等进行了探讨。

Abstract: 17 cases of femoral shaft fractures were analysed. The common causes were high energy and high speed injury- The most common cause was the injury of motorbicycle. The prevention of theneglected or misdiagnosed patella fractures and the treatment 0f femoral shaft fractures associated with ipsi-lateral patella fractures were discussed.
