Abstract: The author reported 3 cases of neurogenic pulmonary edema (NPE), commonly suffered from a craniocerebral disease, which was rare in clinic and was fast in 0nset. NPE appeared in flaredyspnea and large amount of forthy bloody sputum. Its death rate was high. The path0geny,clinical diagno-sis and treatment of NPE were discussed.
