左心室收缩时间间期心电图Q波测定的意义

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE Q WAVE FOR MEASURING THE LEFT VENTRICULAR SYSTOLIC TIME INTERVALS

  • 摘要: 对47例健康男女大学生采用CPT、PCG、无Q波ECG导联和有Q波导联同步描记心电图机械图测定STI,对比无Q波导联和有Q波导联测算出的STI的差异,结果表明无Q波导联测出的QS2、PEP/LVET显著小平有Q波导联测算出的相应的值。据此强调STI测定应尽量选用有Q波的导联。

     

    Abstract: In order to compare the difference between the STLs measured with the ECG leadwhere the Q wave was absent and the ones measured with the lead the Q wave was present, STLs weremeasured in 47 healthy college studefits of either sex by slmultaneous recordings of carotid arterial pulsetracing, phonocardiogram and the two ECG leads, one of which was the -Q - wave-absent, and the otherwas the - Q - wave - present.The results show that the QS2 measured with the-Q - wave-absent lead and resultant PEP, PEP/LVET are all signiflcantly less than their counterparts measured with the-Q-wave-present lead (P0. 01 ). Therefore, we emphasize that the-Q - wavempresent lead should be preferentially chosen whenSTLs are measured.
