苯并咪唑类药物对肠线虫作用的比较研究

STUDY ON EFFECT OF BENZIMIDAZOLES TO INTESTINAL NEMATODE

  • 摘要: 采用试管滤膜培养法比较观察苯并咪唑类对肠道线虫卵的体内外作用;用饱和盐水浮聚法和体外培养法比较观察药物对钩虫的体内外作用。结果提示.甲苯咪唑和阿苯达唑对肠线虫作用后很快抑制其产卵.对烟、鞭、钩虫的体内杀卵作用在治疗后2天分别达97.8%、100%和100%的死亡率:体外杀卵试验获得类似结果.对煦、钩、蛔虫卵的作用依次减弱.药物对成虫作用缓慢.服药后第3天开始排虫.第4天达高峰。疗效与服药次数正相关.而与感染度呈负相关.体外培养表明钩虫接触药物后活动减少.48h内趋于"死亡"状态。

     

    Abstract: Adoping the way of test - tube - filter- paper- cultre, comparative observe the ovicidaleffect on Benzimidazole on intestinal nematode eggs ln vltro or vivo. Adoping the ways of saturated brlnefloation and in vitro cultre, observe the effect on Benzimidazole on hookworm in vitro or vivo- The resultsshow that Benzimidazole acted on nematede by inhibition of egg layout sharply. Ovicidal rates to ascaris,trichuris and hookworm in vivo were 97. 8 9%, 100% and l00% respectively on the second day after treatment, and similar result was obtained in vitro. The effectiveness was lower to trichuris, hookworm and ascaris gradully decreased. The process whlch Benzimidazoles act on the lntestinal nematode is slow. Theworms were passed at the third day after drug intervention, and the maximum worm expulsion rate was attained on the fourth day- The observation implied that efficacy is dependent on does regimens and is negative correlated to intensity of infection. In vitro effect of Benzimidazoles on the adult hookworm, it pressented that motiIity was reduced apparently, further more it tended to be " death" within 48 hours.
