Abstract: Of 25 cases with spontaneous pniumothorax caused by pulmonary bullae. We alsodis cussed the management in perioperative period including the evaluation of patient's condition and preparation, surgical indication, palsy and selection of operative methods, postoperative monitoring and treatment.
