脑干听觉诱发电位测定在新生儿高胆红素血症中的应用

CLINICAL APPLICATION AND STUDY OF BRAIN-STEM EVOKED AUDITORY POTENTIALS IN NEWBORNS WITH HYPERBILIRUBINEMIA

  • 摘要: 作者检测了36例正常足月新生儿以及36例高胆红素血症足月新生儿的脑干听觉诱发电位(BAEP)。结果发现胆红素脑损伤主要表现为Ⅰ、Ⅴ波潜伏期延长,Ⅲ~Ⅴ波及Ⅰ~Ⅴ波峰间或异常,异常BAEP发生率,与正常对照组比较有显著性差异,且随着患儿胆红素浓度的升高,异常BAEP发生率逐渐增加。本文结果表明,BAEP检测是早期发现无症状性胆红素脑病的一种有效方法,并可随访预后.

     

    Abstract: BAEPs were measured in 36 normal newborns and 31 hyperbi1irubinemic newbonns. ProlonRation of latencies of wave I, V, abnormalities in interpeak latencies of wave Ⅲ~Ⅴ and /or Ⅰ~Ⅴ were suggestive of bilirubin encephalopathy. Abnormal BAEP findings in normal term newborns and hyperbilirubinemic newborns were 2/36, 4/12, 7/11, 8/8 respectively. There are significant differences between them.The degree of abnormal BAEP findings were clearly associated with the bilirubin concentrations. The restult shows that the BAEP test is a useful tool for predicting early clinical signs of asytematic bilirubin encephalopathy.
