基于CiteSpace的机械通气序贯撤机领域研究的可视化分析

Visual analysis in field of sequential weaning of mechanical ventilation based on CiteSpace software

    目的 分析机械通气撤机领域研究现状、研究热点及研究趋势。
    方法 检索2010年1月1日—2024年11月27日在Web of Science核心合集数据库、PubMed、中国知网、万方数据知识平台检索出的机械通气撤机领域文献, 采用CiteSpace软件分析研究现状及未来趋势。
    结果 本研究共纳入符合条件的英文文献705篇,中文文献494篇; 发文量最多的作者是Laurent Brochard (14篇); 研究热点集中在机械通气、撤机、无创通气、呼吸衰竭等方面; 新的研究热点转向机械通气撤机失败、撤机并发症、延迟撤机等方面。
    结论 撤机失败、并发症、延迟撤机等方面的研究仍有待进一步深入开展,尤其是有关有创-高流量氧疗序贯疗法方向的研究,这将有助于优化临床诊疗方案,减轻患者痛苦及经济负担。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To analyze the current research status, hotspots, and trends in the field of mechanical ventilation weaning.
    Methods Literatures in the field of mechanical ventilation weaning were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection, PubMed, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), and Wanfang Data Knowledge Platform from January 1, 2010 to November 27, 2024. CiteSpace software was used to analyze the research status and future trends.
    Results A total of 705 English and 494 Chinese eligible articles were included in this study. The author with the most publications was Laurent Brochard (14 articles). Research hotspots focused on mechanical ventilation, weaning, non-invasive ventilation, respiratory failure, etc. New research hotspots have shifted towards mechanical ventilation weaning failure, weaning complications, and prolonged weaning.
    Conclusion Further research is needed on weaning failure, complications, and prolonged weaning, particularly in the direction of invasive-high-flow oxygen therapy sequential therapy, which will help optimize clinical treatment plans and reduce patients'suffering and economic burdens.
