脂质过氧化在骶上型脊髓损伤后膀胱功能障碍中的研究进展

Research progress of lipid peroxidation in bladder dysfunction following suprasacral spinal cord injury

  • 摘要: 创伤性脊髓损伤(TSCI)后膀胱功能障碍是影响TSCI患者生活质量的重要因素。缺氧和氧化应激可能是TSCI后膀胱逼尿肌损伤的重要原因。大量研究已证实,脂质过氧化在多种缺氧和氧化应激相关疾病中发挥着核心作用。本文通过查阅相关文献,就脊髓损伤后膀胱组织发生脂质过氧化的可能原因以及靶向脂质过氧化治疗脊髓损伤后膀胱功能障碍的前景进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Bladder dysfunction following traumatic spinal cord injury (TSCI) is a crucial factor affecting the quality of life in patients with TSCI. Hypoxia and oxidative stress are likely significant contributors to detrusor muscle damage after TSCI. A substantial body of research has confirmed that lipid peroxidation plays a pivotal role in various diseases associated with hypoxia and oxidative stress. By reviewing relevant literature, this article provided an overview of potential causes of lipid peroxidation in bladder tissue after spinal cord injury and the prospects for targeting lipid peroxidation in the treatment of bladder dysfunction following spinal cord injury.
