补体C3/C5在种植体周围免疫微环境中作用机制的研究进展

Research progress on action mechanisms of complement C3/C5 in peri-implant immune microenvironment

  • 摘要: 种植体周围疾病发病率较高,免疫炎症反应与种植体黏膜炎及种植体周围炎密切相关。补体系统是免疫系统的重要组成部分,补体系统的激活不但可调控炎症反应的发生发展,对骨重塑也起到重要调节作用。本文对补体系统核心成分C3和C5在种植体植入后骨改建各个时期以及种植体黏膜炎、种植体周围炎中发挥的作用进行综述,旨在为通过靶向调控补体蛋白水平预防和治疗种植体周围炎提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: Peri-implant diseases have a relatively high incidence, and immune-inflammatory responses are closely associated with peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis. The complement system is a vital component of the immune system. Its activation not only regulates the initiation and progression of inflammatory responses but also plays a crucial role in bone remodeling. This review summarizes the roles of the core complement components C3 and C5 in various stages of bone remodeling after implant placement, as well as in peri-implant mucositis and peri-implantitis. The aim of the paper was to provide novel insights for the prevention and treatment of peri-implantitis through targeted regulation of complement protein levels.
