Research progress of trichorhinophalangeal syndrome type 1 in breast cancer

  • 摘要: 乳腺癌是全球最常见的肿瘤之一,尽管在诊断和治疗方面取得了很大进展,但由于其高度的侵袭性和转移性,乳腺癌的发病率和致死率仍较高。毛发鼻指(趾)综合征-1(TRPS1)是一种非典型的珠蛋白转录因子(GATA), 其在调节细胞增殖分化和组织生长过程中发挥重要作用。研究发现TRPS1在乳腺癌中显著高表达,且与肿瘤的侵袭和转移密切相关。TRPS1特异性表达于乳腺组织导管上皮细胞,与乳腺导管的分化紧密相连。近年来,学者们主要关注TRPS1在乳腺癌诊断和治疗中的作用及其机制。本文对TRPS1在乳腺癌中的研究进展进行综述,旨在进一步分析其在乳腺癌发生与发展、诊断及治疗中的临床应用价值。

     

    Abstract: Breast cancer is one of the most common tumors worldwide. Despite significant progress in diagnosis and treatment, the incidence and mortality rates remain high due to its highly invasive and metastatic characteristics. Trichorhinophalangeal syndrome type 1 (TRPS1) is an atypical globin transcription factor-1 (GATA). It plays an important role in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation and tissue growth. Studies have found that TRPS1 is significantly overexpressed in breast cancer and closely related to tumor invasion and metastasis. TRPS1 is specifically expressed in the ductal epithelial cells of breast tissue and closely associated with the differentiation of breast ducts. In recent years, scholars have mainly focused on the role and mechanisms of TRPS1 in the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer. This review summarized the research progress of TRPS1 in breast cancer, aiming to further analyze its clinical application value in the occurrence, development, diagnosis, and treatment of breast cancer.
