显微外科技术治疗股骨头坏死的研究进展

Research progress of microsurgical techniques in treatment of femoral head necrosis

  • 摘要: 基于显微外科技术进行带血运骨瓣移植治疗股骨头坏死(ONFH), 即对股骨颈骨折后维系股骨头血供的重要血管进行显微外科缝合,以重建血液循环,促进骨坏死区域愈合,预防关节面塌陷,提供生物力学支撑。本研究对应用显微外科技术进行带血运骨瓣移植治疗ONFH的研究进展予以综述,探讨显微外科技术在股骨颈损伤及后期ONFH治疗中的有效性和重要性,为治疗股骨颈骨折及ONFH提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: Transplantation of vascularized bone flaps based on microsurgical techniques in treatment of osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH) involves microsurgical anastomosis of crucial vessels to maintain blood supply to the femoral head following neck fractures, thereby reconstructing circulation, promoting healing of the necrotic areas, preventing articular surface collapse, and providing biomechanical support. This review summarized the research progress of treating ONFH with microsurgical techniques for vascularized bone flap transplantation, exploring the effectiveness and importance of microsurgical techniques in managing femoral neck injuries and subsequent ONFH, offering new insights into treatment of femoral neck fractures and ONFH.
