非侵入性脑刺激技术在卒中后认知障碍治疗中的研究进展

Research progress of non-invasive brain stimulation in treatment of patients with post-stroke cognitive impairment

  • 摘要: 卒中后认知障碍(PSCI)是脑卒中后的常见并发症,其致残率及致死率较高,可影响患者的日常生活能力和生活质量。非侵入性脑刺激(NIBS)具有无创、安全及操作方便等优点,易被患者接受。NIBS在PSCI的治疗中具有良好应用前景,特别是代表性的重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)、经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)在临床应用效果较好。目前, NIBS尚无标准化治疗方案,治疗效果个体化差异大。本研究针对NIBS治疗PSCI的作用机制及临床应用等进行综述,讨论NIBS的未来应用方向。

     

    Abstract: Post-stroke cognitive impairment (PSCI) is a common complication after stroke, which has high disability rate and mortality rate, and can affect the patient′s daily living ability and quality of life. Non-invasive brain stimulation (NIBS) has the advantages of non-invasiveness, safety, and ease of operation, and is easily accepted by patients. NIBS has a good application prospect in the treatment of PSCI, especially the representative treatment repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) such as have good clinical application effects. At present, there is no standardized treatment plan for NIBS, and there are large individual differences in therapeutic effects. This study reviewed the mechanism and clinical application of NIBS in the treatment of PSCI, and discussed the future application direction of NIBS.
