中医药防治支气管扩张症的研究热点与发展趋势的可视化分析

Visual analysis of research hotspots and evolutionary trends in prevention and treatment of bronchiectasis with traditional Chinese medicine

摘要:
目的分析国内中医药防治支气管扩张症的主要研究方向、热点及发展趋势。
方法采用CiteSpace软件, 对2001-2022年中国知识基础设施工程(CNKI)数据库中的中医药防治支气管扩张症研究的相关特征进行了深入探讨, 并通过图谱的形式将研究作者、研究机构、关键词等要素进行展示和分析。
结果本研究共纳入457篇文献, 随着时间的推移, 期刊的发文量呈现稳定的增长趋势; 通过关键词的分析, 揭示了疾病症状和分期、临床疗效、名医经验、中医治疗以及数据挖掘等均是目前的研究热点。
结论作者及研究机构之间应加强合作, 把握中医药防治支气管扩张症的研究热点及演进趋势。中医药治疗支气管扩张症的研究有待进一步加强。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the main research directions, hotspots, and development trends of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the prevention and treatment of bronchiectasis in China.
Methods The CiteSpace software was used to conduct an in-depth exploration of the relevant characteristics of TCM researches on the prevention and treatment of bronchiectasis in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database from 2001 to 2022, and the authors, research institutions, keywords, and other elements were presented and analyzed in the form of maps.
Results A total of 457 literatures were included in this study, and the number of publications in journals showed a stable growth trend over time.Through the analysis of keywords, it revealed that disease symptoms and stages, clinical efficacy, experiences of famous doctors, TCM treatment, and data mining were currently research hotspots.
Conclusion The cooperation between authors and research institutions should be strengthened to grasp the research hotspots and evolution trends of TCM in the prevention and treatment of bronchiectasis.Further researches on TCM treatment of bronchiectasis need to be strengthened.
