胎盘植入性疾病的产前超声诊断研究进展

Research progress on prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of placenta accreta spectrum

  • 摘要: 胎盘植入性疾病(PAS)是妊娠子宫破裂、严重产后出血、紧急子宫摘除手术,甚至孕妇死亡的重要原因。经腹或经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查是PAS最常用的影像学检查方法,三维能量多普勒、三维水晶成像、超声造影等超声新技术的发展,为PAS诊断提供了新的思路。本文就产前超声诊断PAS的研究进展予以综述。

     

    Abstract: Placental accreta spectrum (PAS) is a major cause of uterine rupture during pregnancy, severe postpartum hemorrhage, emergency hysterectomy, and even maternal death. Transabdominal or transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography is the most commonly used imaging method for PAS. With the development of new ultrasound technologies such as three-dimensional power Doppler, three-dimensional crystal imaging, and contrast-enhanced ultrasound, new ideas have been provided for the diagnosis of PAS. This article reviewed the research progress of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of PAS.
