生物膜与牙周炎研究现状与热点的可视化分析

Visualization analysis in research status and hotspots of biofilm and periodontitis

    目的 采用文献计量学方法分析2013—2023年生物膜与牙周炎相关的研究现状和热点。
    方法 在Web of Science (Wos)数据库中检索生物膜与牙周炎相关文献, 并运用VOSviewer和CiteSpace等可视化软件来分析国家/地区、作者、机构、期刊及关键词。
    结果 共纳入1 821篇文献,结果显示文献发文量逐年上升。发文量排名前3位的国家是美国、巴西和中国; 排名前3位的机构是圣保罗大学、哈佛大学和福赛斯研究所; 发文量最高的作者是Feres Magda; 在发文量前10位的期刊中, Journal of Periodontology的发文量最多(87篇),其次是Plos One (69篇)和Clinical Oral Investigations (51篇)。氧化应激、标志物、辅助治疗及药物缓释是最主要的研究热点; 前沿主要集中于群体感应、光动力疗法、活性氧、铜纳米颗粒及光学相干层析成像。
    结论 生物膜和牙周炎的研究在逐年增长,未来的研究方向可重点关注氧化应激、辅助治疗、群体感应及光动力疗法。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To analyze the research status, hotspots of biofilms and periodontitis from 2013 to 2023 by bibliometric methods.
    Methods The literatures related to biofilms and periodontitis were searched in the Web of Science (Wos) database, and visualization software such as VOSviewer and CiteSpace were used to analyze the countries or regions, authors, institutions, journals and keywords.
    Results A total of 1 821 papers were included, and the results showed that the number of published papers increased year by year. The top three countries with the highest number of publications were the United States, Brazil and China; the top three institutions were Universidade de São Paulo, Harvard University and Forsyth Institute; the authors with the highest number of publications were Feres and Magda; among the top ten journals in terms of the number of publications, Journal of Periodontology had the highest number of publications (87 papers), followed by Plos One (69 papers) and Clinical Oral Investigations (51 papers). Oxidative stress, markers, adjunctive therapy and drug delivery were the main research hotspots; the frontiers mainly focused on quorum sensing, photodynamic therapy, reactive oxygen species, copper nanoparticles, and optical coherence tomography.
    Conclusion Researches on biofilms and periodontitis are growing year by year, and future research directions can focus on oxidative stress, adjuvant therapies, quorum sensing and photodynamic therapy.
