Abstract:
In recent years, with the continuous development of medical level, laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery technology has been improved by leaps and bounds. At the same time, the five elements of colorectal surgery are also changing: the surgical approach is gradually becoming less invasive; the scope of radical surgical resection is becoming more refined; lymph node dissection is becoming more standardized; laparoscopic digestive tract reconstruction, manual suture and instrument anastomosis complement each other and reduce anastomose-related complications; the access to specimens is more free, which relieves the pain caused by abdominal incision. At present, laparoscopic surgery has been widely used in the treatment of colorectal cancer. In this paper, the methods and five key factors of laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery were reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis for digestive tract reconstruction research.
