基于文献计量学的口腔黏膜下纤维性变研究现状和热点分析

摘要:
目的采用文献计量学方法分析口腔黏膜下纤维性变(OSF)的研究现状和热点。
方法在Web of Science(WOS)核心集中搜索OSF相关文献，检索时限均从建库至2022年12月31日。综合运用CiteSpace软件和VOSviewer软件对作者、国家分布、期刊共引等内容进行知识图谱绘制，并进行可视化分析。
结果共纳入1 530篇文献，文献年发表量呈稳定增长的趋势; OSF相关研究热点包括口腔癌、黏膜白斑、槟榔、槟榔碱、烟草以及黏膜下纤维变性。
结论文献可视化分析直观地展现了OSF相关研究的热点、前沿、核心期刊和核心作者，为相关学者的学习与研究提供了参考。

Abstract:
Objective To analyze the research status and hotspots of oral submucous fibrosis (OSF) by using bibliometrics.
Methods Relevant literatures on OSF were searched in the core collection of Web of Science (WOS) from the establishment of the database to December 31, 2022. CiteSpace and VOSviewer were comprehensively used to draw knowledge graphs about authors, distribution of countries and journal co-citations, and the visual analysis was performed.
Results A total of 1 530 literatures were included, and a stable growth trend was found in the annual publication volume of literatures; the hotspots of OSF-related researches included oral cancer, oral leukoplakia, areca nut, arecoline, tobacco and submucosal fibrosis.
Conclusion Visual analysis of literatures intuitively presents the hotspots, frontiers, core journals and core authors of OSF-related researches, which provides reference for the learning and study of relevant scholars.
