新型康复器具联合呼吸肌训练在结缔组织相关性间质性肺病患者中的应用

Application of novel rehabilitation appliance combined with respiratory muscle training in patients with connective tissue-associated interstitial lung disease

    目的 观察新型康复器具联合呼吸肌训练在结缔组织相关性间质性肺病(CTD-ILD)患者中的应用效果。
    方法 采用便利抽样法选取235例CTD-ILD患者为研究对象, 随机分为对照A组、对照B组及联合干预组。对照A组予以常规治疗, 对照B组在对照A组基础上实施呼吸肌训练, 联合干预组在对照B组基础上联合应用新型康复器具。比较3组干预前及干预3个月后用力肺活量(FVC)、吸气肌功能最大吸气压(MIP)、吸气流量峰值(PIF)、握力测试、运动能力(6 min步行试验、5次起坐测试)、圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分。
    结果 干预3个月后, 3组患者FVC、MIP、PIF、握力检测值、6 min步行试验距离、5次起坐测试用时、SGRQ评分的改善值比较, 差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。对照B组握力、6 min步行试验、5次起坐测试及SGRQ评分改善值与联合干预组相比, 差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
    结论 新型康复器具联合呼吸肌训练在CTD-ILD患者中的应用效果较好, 其通过优化康复流程, 有效提高了患者呼吸肌功能及运动能力, 并改善患者生活质量。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To observe the effect of novel rehabilitation appliance combined with respiratory muscle training in patients with connective tissue-associated interstitial lung disease (CTD-ILD).
    Methods A total of 235 CTD-ILD patients were selected by convenience sampling method and randomly divided into control group A, control group B and combined intervention group. The control group A was given routine treatment, the control group B was given respiratory muscle training on the basis of the control group A, and the combined intervention group was given new rehabilitation equipment on the basis of control group B. Forced vital capacity (FVC), inspiratory muscle functionmaximum inspiratory pressure (MIP), peak inspiratory flow (PIF), grip strength test, exercise ability (6 min walking test, 5 times sitting test) and St. George's Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) scores were compared between the three groups before intervention and 3 months after intervention.
    Results After 3 months of intervention, the improvement values of FVC, MIP, PIF, grip strength, 6 min walking test distance, 5 times sitting test and SGRQ scores of three groups were compared, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The improvement value of grip strength, 6 min walking test, 5 times sitting test and SGRQ score in the control group B showed statistically significant difference compared with those in the combined intervention group (P < 0.05).
    Conclusion The novel rehabilitation appliance combined with respiratory muscle training has a good effect in CTD-ILD patients, which can effectively improve the patients' respiratory muscle function and exercise ability by optimizing the rehabilitation process, and improve the patients' quality of life.
