垂体瘤术后患者嗅觉障碍干预效果的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of the intervention effect of olfactory disorders in patients with pituitary tumor after operation

    目的 探讨嗅觉干预措施对垂体瘤术后患者嗅觉障碍的改善效果及生活质量的影响。
    方法 计算机检索Cochrone、Scopus、EBSCO、Embase、Medine、CENTRAL、Web of Science、CINAHL、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库中实施干预措施的文献,检索时间为建库至2022年8月,形式为主题词与自由词相结合。采用Revman 5.3软件对纳入文献进行Meta分析。
    结果 共纳入9篇文献,包括823例患者。Meta分析结果显示,垂体瘤术后患者早期进行嗅觉干预护理,可有效改善患者术后1周(SMD=-0.68, 95%CI: -1.28~-0.08, P < 0.001)及术后1 (SMD=-1.05, 95%CI: -1.57~0.54, P < 0.000 1)、3 (SMD=-0.96, 95%CI: -1.71~-0.21, P=0.01)、6个月(SMD=-1.09, 95%CI: -1.79~-0.40, P=0.002)的嗅觉阈值评分,并可改善鼻腔功能(SMD=-1.72, 95%CI: -2.81~-0.63, P=0.002)。
    结论 术后实施嗅觉护理干预,可有效改善垂体瘤术后患者嗅觉障碍程度,改善其鼻功能,提高生活质量。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To investigate the effect of olfactory intervention measures on the improvement of olfactory disturbance and quality of life of patients with pituitary tumor after operation.
    Methods The literature on the implementation of intervention measures in Cochrone, Scopus, EBSCO, Embase, Medine, CENTRAL, Web of Science, CINAHL, China Biomedical Literature Database, China National Knowledge Network, Wanfang Database and VIP database were searched by computer. The retrieval time was form establishment to August 2022, and the form was combined with the main inscription and the free word. Meta-analysis was performed using Revman 5.3 software to analyze the literature.
    Results A total of 9 literatures were included, including 823 patients. The results of Meta-analysis showed that early olfactory intervention nursing for patients with pituitary tumor after surgery could effectively improve patients′ performance 1 week after surgery (SMD=-0.68; 95%CI, -1.28 to 0.08; P < 0.001) and postoperative 1 (SMD=1.05; 95%CI, 1.57 to 0.54; P < 0.000 1), 3 (SMD=0.96; 95%CI, 1.71 to 0.21; P=0.01) and 6 months (SMD=1.09; 95%CI, -1.79 to 0.40; P=0.002), and improved nasal function (SMD=-1.72; 95%CI, -2.81 to 0.63; P=0.002).
    Conclusion Postoperative olfactory nursing intervention can effectively improve the degree of olfactory disturbance in patients with pituitary tumor, improve their nasal function and enhance their quality of life.
