绘画联合药物干预对焦虑障碍患者心理状态、依从性和生活质量的影响

Effects of painting combined with drug intervention on mental states, compliance and quality of life in patients with anxiety disorder

    目的 分析绘画与药物干预在广泛性焦虑障碍(GAD)患者心理状态、依从性及生活质量中的效果。
    方法 将2020年5月—2022年9月收治的70例GAD患者纳入本研究,35例进行单一药物干预的患者为单一组,另外35例进行绘画联合药物干预的患者为联合组。分析2组受试者心理状态评分和干预依从性,比较2组受试者干预前后生活质量评分及血清因子表达水平,观察2组干预前后睡眠质量变化情况。
    结果 干预后,2组受试者汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均较干预前下降,但联合组2种指标评分更低,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);联合组总依从率高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);干预后,2组简易生存质量量表(SF-36)评分较干预前有所提升,且联合组SF-36评分更高,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);干预后,联合组脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、丙二醛(MDA)表达水平低于单一组,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)表达水平高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);干预后,2组睡眠质量较干预前有所提升,但联合组提升程度更高,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
    结论 绘画联合药物干预可以有效改善GAD患者不良心理状态,提高干预依从性,进一步提升生活质量及睡眠质量。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective To analyze the effects of painting and medication intervention on psychological state, compliance and quality of life in patients with generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).
    Methods A total of 70 patients with GAD from May 2020 to September 2022 were included as study subjects, among whom 35 patients receiving single drug intervention were included in single group, and 35 patients receiving painting combined drug intervention were included in combined group. The psychological state scores and intervention compliance of the subjects in the two groups were analyzed, the life quality scores and serum factor expression levels of the subjects in the two groups were compared before and after intervention, and the changes in sleep quality of the two groups were observed before and after intervention.
    Results After intervention, the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA), Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) in the two groups were decreased compared with those before intervention, but their scores in the combined group were lower, and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The total compliance rate of the combined group was higher than that of the single group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the 36-item Shot-form Health Status Survey (SF-36) scores of the two groups were improved compared with that before intervention, and the SF-36 score of the combined group was higher, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). After intervention, the expression levels of brain derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in the combined group were lower than those in the single group, and the expression level of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was higher than those in the single group (P < 0.05). After intervention, the sleep quality of the two groups was improved compared with that before intervention, but the improvement degree of the combined group was higher (P < 0.05).
    Conclusion Painting combined with drug intervention can effectively improve the adverse psychological state of GAD patients, improve their intervention compliance, and further improve their quality of life and sleep quality.
