Abstract:
Objective To observe the application effect of endoscope cleaner for endoscopic surgery in laparoscopic surgery.
Methods A total of 240 patients with elective laparoscopic surgery were selected as the research objects, and they were randomly divided into trail group and control group, with 120 cases in each group. The trail group used the self-designed endoscopic cleaner for endoscopic surgery, while the control group used the traditional iodophor gauze wiping method. The total cleaning time for each operation, the number of unsuccessful cleaning by one time, the average cleaning time for a single operation, and the satisfaction degree of surgeons to the cleaning of endoscopes were observed in both groups.
Results The total cleaning time for each operation was (5.67±1.29) in the trail group, which was significantly less than (8.41±1.88) in the control group (P < 0.05); the number of unsuccessful cleaning by one time was (1.08±0.92) in the trail group, which was significantly less than (3.13±1.31) in the control group (P < 0.05); the average duration of a single cleaning was (30.95±7.19) seconds in the trail group, which was significantly shorten than (59.68±12.84) seconds in the control group (P < 0.05); the satisfaction rate of the surgeons in the trail group was 95.8%, which was significantly higher than 89.2% in the control group (P < 0.05).
Conclusion Application of endoscopic cleaner in laparoscopic surgery can shorten the cleaning duration and the recovery of surgical field of vision, and improve the quality of endoscopic cleaning in laparoscopic surgery and the satisfaction degree of surgeons.
