Abstract:
To investigate the perinatal diagnosis and treatment of one pregnant woman in the convalescing period of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). The symptoms, signs, laboratory tests and fetal status of perinatal women were recorded and analyzed before delivery, during delivery and after delivery. The influence and risk factors of COVID-19 pregnant women were explored and the diagnosis and treatment procedures based on personal clinical experience were gradually improved. Prenatal isolation should be strictly performed, body temperature, blood oxygen and other routine indicators should be monitored, left decubitus position should be taken, fetal heart monitoring and maternal nutrition support should be strengthened. In the process of delivery, continuous electrocardiograph monitoring and fetal heart monitoring were given to the parturient; after delivery, the newborn was isolated for observation to reduce the risk of infection and to breastfeed the newborn appropriately. In addition, the vital signs of the mothers were closely monitored to prevent postpartum bleeding, and the psychological state of the mothers was paid attention to.
